Barriers that A First Nations Women Faces...
After thinking about someone to write for the barriers A First Nations women faces, I decided to write about the aboriginal women in general. The ideas are almost the same for each native women who is in a bussiness. Some of these barriers are facing critism, juggling family's and wife roles, being misunderstood because they are women, having their voices heard. When you talk to different women who are in the bussiness field you tend to hear the same pattern of barriers that they face, weither they are getting critisized for being a native women who is trying to run a bussiness, or is it just the fact that they are a woman and not a man? Do they face more difficulities for this? I personally believe in some cases that they do. Is this the same for having their voices heard, often making them misunderstood, either by the fact that people don't take them seriously or that they remain silent. Some people are busy just trying to manage the family life with the work load, which trust me takes alot for woman to maintain a balance in their lifes. Crises can arise any anytime, any place or anywhere, kind of unpredictable. It takes alot of juggling things in their lifes as woman are already use to.
